people must enjoy! do jogging eat less but don't give up bread. it is one of the most enjoyable food on earth low curb, low card, hey be proportional. Curbofobia let yourself enjoy at least 1 day in a week. How The bread lovers can live without curb. if i take myself as an example. during the week if i eat bread it is only in the evening i limit myself to the amount let say 100 - 200 gram per day
if we have a big family dinner it could be different bread but still no more then 100 - 200 gram which is about 200 calories i don't think it is too much. you know maybe it will be better to give up the junk food.
